1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of most of our products (such as fresh pasta and drinks), we do not accept returns once an item has been piked up or delivered.
However, if you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or something that doesn’t meet our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To request a return or replacement:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
2. Refunds
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
If your order was paid through a third-party payment provider (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, or Shop Pay), processing times may vary.
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh pasta, sauces)
- Gift card
- Items marked as final sale
4. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund.
